Olympisch Weightlifting

The Olympic weightlifting package focuses on improving technique and strength for the Olympic lifts: the snatch and clean and jerk. The gymnastics package focuses on improving body control, mobility, stability, and coordination through gymnastics exercises. This includes exercises such as handstands, pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes to bar, ring dips, and more. Our trainers specialize in guiding these exercises and will help you improve your technique and increase your strength, so you can perform these movements with more ease and precision. General CrossFit

The general CrossFit skills package is designed for people who want to focus on improving their overall fitness level and CrossFit skills. Our trainers will guide you in developing the skills and techniques necessary to participate in CrossFit workouts and competitions. This includes improving your technique in exercises such as deadlifts, squats, mobility, and developing your endurance and strength through high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and other cardiovascular exercises such as technical rowing on a Concept2 rower.

The general CrossFit skills package is suitable for people of all levels, whether you are a beginner starting with CrossFit or an advanced athlete looking to improve your skills. Our trainers will adjust the sessions to your level and goals, so you can get the most out of the lessons.

Packages & Costs

We have two package options available: Small and Full. The Small package includes 4 sessions, while the Full package offers 8 sessions. Once you have completed the 8 sessions, you have the flexibility to easily cancel or extend your sessions as needed.

Both packages can be upgraded to include a comprehensive measurement using our segmental scale. This measurement not only focuses on your skill-related goals but also provides an incredible insight into your internal well-being.
