What is CrossFit
Crossfit is Back to Basic! All movements within CrossFit are with free weights or your own bodyweight, without fitness machines! Crossfit is a trainingsprogram in which different sports such as gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, running, rowing are combined into one complete workout.

Do you want to try CrossFit? Please sign up for a free trial! We'll contact you to book an appointment. During this free class you can participate in a WOD (work out of the day). Don't worry, Crossfit is for everyone, so we can scale the workout for you! Your satisfaction and capability to participate in a good way is our top priority!
Visiting Crossfitters are always welcome to drop-in for a WOD at CrossFit071! If you are a member at another CrossFit affiliate or if you have been Crossfitting regularly for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop-in to any of our regularly-scheduled WOD classes when you are visiting Leiden or Leiderdorp.
