Paar maanden geleden begonnen met CrossFit, helemaal top. Aardige mensen goede en gezellige instructeurs. Ik ga hier niet meer weg!

Staying active during pregnancy can be tough, but it is fundamental for your health. To make movement easier during pregnancy, we had Core Academy design a special program for pregnant women, called ZwangerFit. This program helps staying active during the pregnancy, betters the posture and prepares for giving birth, all while being guided by one of our trained experts! When you and your healthcare provider give green light to participate in our training, you can easily sign up on our website!
